BitTitan MSPComplete is a SaaS product for IT Service Providers to document, automate, and measure the performance of their services.

My involvement with this project was to design the a billing system for MSPComplete. Prior to this project, the platform was monetized by single-use licenses for tasks that used other company products, such as BitTitan Migrationwiz. The goal for this project was to implement a new subscription based billing system.

Workgroup Subscriptions

This design introduced a series of settings pages primarily designed for the user to manage all of their billing information, subscriptions, licenses, and to redeem coupons from Distributors. Many of these functions previously existed, but were in disparate locations. This design unified all of these into one place, as well as adding a dashboard for users to see key metrics.

Purchase Flow Flyout

Another design innovation was to add a complete subscription flow flyout. The flyout was already the design for actions such as bulk adding End-Users, so it was the natural choice for subscriptions to continue that flow.

Agent Flow Diagram

In the redesign, the biggest challenge was solving for when and where users purchase agent seats versus a plan upgrade. As users start on the lowest plan tier with limited free seats by default, it was agreed that users need the option to both purchase additional seats and upgrade their plan.

Agent Settings

This page was redesigned for the new subscription model, as well as updated for clarity. This page also had to accommodate various account messaging such as free trials, expirations, etc.

Agents and Teams

These pages were redesigned for the Agent based subscription model. Care had to be taken to ensure that users understood the relationship between their Agent subscription licenses and the actual number of Agents.

Invite Agents Flyout

This design for Agent invitations includes messaging on available subscriptions, the ability to add multiple agents in any of the roles, as well as information regarding those roles.
