In 2016, I led an initiative to rebrand BitTitan as a company and unify, update, and modernize all aspects of the BitTitan image. In collaboration with the entire marketing team and executives, the company image pivoted from being product feature focused to brand-focused. This rebrand was not just visual, but also re-envisioned the way the company presented itself to customers and the world.

Pulling in key stakeholders across the company, we engaged in activities such as brainstorming, mind mapping and card sorting to identify key qualities important to the BitTitan brand. This interactive process helped to achieve consensus and agreement, as well as ranking importance. These activities resulted in the keystone components such as the brand voice and brand promise.

Sitemap

I was involved in this project at every level as the sole designer, starting from initial brainstorms that let into a completely new sitemap and information architecture. Working closely with Product Marketing and other internal stakeholders, we explored and iterated on various ways of organizing and surfacing product information to users. This was in conjunction with an effort to organize all company product offerings into “pillars”, linked together by the overarching SaaS platform, MSPComplete.

Wireframes

Working closely with the website developer, we decided on a CMS. One of the features we implemented was creating a series of modular rows for the interior pages. This allowed the content creators to have control over page design and select rows that were appropriate for their content type.

After wireframes were established, I created several look-and-feel visual mockups. These mockups evolved into the photography-focused, light and modern design below. I worked closely with a developer to refine the high fidelity mockups, interactions, and final graphics.
